Poultry and Livestock

Livestock

In the livestock feed sector, we offer tailored solutions that optimize the production of feed for animals such as cattle, sheep, and swine. Our solutions focus on maximizing nutritional value and ensuring the safety of your feed. With cutting-edge technology, we help improve feed digestibility and overall animal health, while maintaining high production standards.

Sanitation and pathogen control are at the core of our equipment design, ensuring that your feed is safe and healthy for livestock. We provide complete plant solutions, including automation, training, and maintenance, to ensure that your production process is efficient and aligned with industry regulations.

The process

  1. Raw Material Intake

Grains, protein sources, vitamins, and minerals are received and transferred using belt conveyors, screw conveyors, or bucket elevators to storage silos. Initial cleaning is done using vibrating sieves and magnetic separators to remove impurities

  1. Conveying, Storage & Dedusting

Leaned raw materials are transported using belt conveyors, screw conveyors, or bucket elevators to storage silos or bins. Dust collectors and cyclone separators are used to remove fine dust particles, ensuring a clean and safe processing environment.

Know more

  1. Sieving

The processed feed are passed through vibrating sieves or rotary screens to remove oversized or undersized particles, ensuring uniform size and quality before further processing.

Know more

  1. Grinding

Raw materials are ground into a uniform particle size improving digestibility, mixing efficiency, and pellet formation in animal feed processing.

Know more

  1. Mixing

Ground ingredients are blended to ensure uniform distribution of nutrients, additives, and minerals in the animal feed formulation.

Know more

  1. Conditioning & Hygienization

The mixed feed is treated with steam in conditioning chambers to soften the material, improve pellet binding, and enhance digestibility. This process also helps eliminate harmful microbes, ensuring feed safety and quality

Know more

  1. Pelleting

The conditioned feed is compressed into uniform pellets using pellet mills, improving feed handling, storage, and digestibility for animals.

Know more

  1. Cooling

Freshly formed pellets are cooled using coolers to reduce temperature and moisture, ensuring durability, preventing spoilage, and maintaining feed quality.

Know more

  1. Coating & post pelleting application

Essential nutrients, enzymes, fats, or vitamins are sprayed onto the cooled pellets using vacuum coaters or liquid sprayers, enhancing nutritional value and feed efficiency.

Know more

  1. Bagging

The finished feed is weighed, filled into bags using bagging machines, and sealed for storage and distribution, ensuring accurate packaging and easy handling.
